Franklin is a city in Williamson County, Tennessee, United States. Located 21 miles south of Nashville, it is one of the principal cities of the Nashville metropolitan area. Since 1980, its population has increased significantly and it is ranked as the seventh-largest city in Tennessee.
Williamson County also includes other great areas to search for homes, such as Brentwood suburbs and up and coming Spring Hill, Fairview, and parts of Nolensville. There are a few towns and unincorporated communities that are well worth checking out!
